Delivery Information

We will aim to despatch all standard orders with in 3 days of receipt where stock is available. However if an item is out of stock we will endeavour to have it with you within 14 days, where this is not possible we will contact you to advise you of this.

For Special orders or Personalised items please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Please note that during in busy periods stock is in high demand so items may be out of stock or take a little longer to come out to you, please ensure that you order in good time for your wedding to avoid disappointment.

We use a variety of methods to deliver your order. Shipping is based on the weight of your order and/or type of product (i.e. Glassware products requires more specialist care) Due to the wide variation in the type of products we supply, we will select the best means for shipping your order at the time of despatch.

All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to sales or faxed to 01694 772482 within 24 hours of placing your order.
